I’m a big fan of transparency and I understand that budgeting for family photos or video is a big deal, so I’ve tried to make it easy for you to estimate your costs and see the big picture. Sales tax is not included in the below and is collected when you purchase your Photo Collection or pay your Delivery Fee. Please do ask me about payment plans and discounts for your non-profit.

ENJOY YOUR SESSION
My goal is to make this as stress-free and fun as possible. After you book, keep an eye on your email for my prep guide, which will help you prepare for your session – what to expect, timing, location, what to wear, etc. You’ll also receive a questionnaire, which gives me the opportunity to learn a bit more about you and what you are hoping to get out of your session. This helps me to come prepared and ready to go!

PURCHASE YOUR PHOTO COLLECTION
I’ve designed my business to offer my clients the best products with the most flexibility possible. Within a couple of weeks of your session, I’ll send you a slideshow with all of your fully-edited still images. Once opened, you’ll have 24 hours to view your slideshow before deciding on which Photo Collection to purchase. This gives you the flexibility to choose only your favorites, or the whole shebang, within the budget that fits for your family.
Each collection includes a number of digital images and a print credit (see below). Once you purchase your Photo Collection, you’ll have a full month to download your chosen images and use your print credit to shop in my online store. If you need any help designing an album or your wall display, I’m your gal!

ENJOY YOUR SESSION
Documentary sessions are, by their very nature, stress-free….or they should be! You don’t have to do anything different than you normally do in your daily life. I become your friend with a camera just documenting what I see throughout your day. These are meant to be mellow, as I am along for the ride. Sometimes, families really appreciate these sessions because it’s easier for their kids to keep their normal routine. Also, they can wear whatever they want. If you still want a posed portrait of the family, I’m happy to do that, but most of your day is just photojournalism of your life.

ENJOY YOUR SESSION
My goal is to make this as stress-free and fun as possible. I offer a lot of prep work before your session to ensure that everyone is on board and ready to go. Not only do I offer insight on what to wear, but I also will review location tips, interview guidance, and an understanding of what my setup will look like so that everyone is comfortable with the process.
If you would like to add-on a short photo session (perfect if the whole family is there anyway!), I’m happy to do that and will waive my normal photo session retainer fee.

Pay your delivery fee
Your fully edited video plus a transcript will be ready for you within 4 months of your session and will be delivered via an online gallery.
If you opted for a short photo session in addition to your Legacy Interview, I’ll send you a slideshow with all of your fully-edited still images within a couple of weeks of your session. Once opened, you’ll have 24 hours to view your slideshow before deciding on which Mini Photo Collection to purchase. This gives you the flexibility to choose only your favorites, or the whole shebang, within the budget that fits for your family. RELAX KNOWING THAT I’VE GOT YOUR EVENT COVERED
I come prepared, hydrated, and ready to capture your event so that you can enjoy the whole experience and relive it after the fact. I take a photojournalistic approach to documenting your celebration and my goal is to capture the who, the what, the when, but also, and most importantly, the how (all the moments and how it felt) of your day! Yes, I will absolutely take formal portraits during your event too.

Pay your delivery fee
If you chose photography coverage, I promise delivery of your gallery within 12 weeks of your event. For videography coverage, I promise your fully edited highlight film will be delivered with 20 weeks of your event. There is a delivery fee (your final payment) due upon delivery of your gallery.

SESSION BUNDLES
SOMETIMES IT’S GREAT TO HAVE multiple SESSIONs in a YEAR!
Scheduling more than one session is great for maternity, baby’s first year, seniors, or any other time where you know there’s a lot going on for which you’d love photos and/or video.
Whatever your reason, if you book me for more than one session within a single calendar year, I’m happy to offer a $100 gift voucher good towards your Photo Collection or products inside my online store for each subsequent session that year.
EARLY BIRD SENIORS
YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAY? THE EARLY BIRD GETS THE WORM.
You may not realize it yet, but your senior year gets a little … hectic (or so I’ve been told). The best time to get your senior pictures taken is during the summer before your senior year!
If you book your session early, I’m happy to provide a $100 gift voucher good towards your Photo Collection or products inside my online store. Your session must be booked and scheduled before August 31st to receive this benefit.
